A: Yes, we are a professional supplier of metal fabrication with a skilled engineering team who can create custom-designed products to meet the requirements of the specifications of our customers.
Q: Will the drawing be secure after you receive it?
A: We will not release your drawing to anyone else unless we have your consent. Also, we’ll confirm the NDA prior to sending the sketch.
Q: What is the MOQ?
A: We don’t have an MOQ, however, prices will be more for larger quantities. In addition, we are able to create prototypes or samples for customers to guarantee high quality.
Do you think that samples are available?
A: Yes, we need a sample cost. We’ll send it back when we begin mass production.
Q: What do you do with the items received when they are deemed to be of low quality?
A: You can be sure that our products have been QC tested and accepted with inspection reports before shipment and generally, there will not be any non-conformances: in the event there is a non-conformance, contact us immediately and send us some photos, and we’ll check on the issue and get them corrected or replaced immediately and the cost of transportation are our responsibility.
