Description: the polyurethane elastomeric is a new content of polymer synthetic among rubber and plastic. It has the two substantial power of plastic and higher elasticity of rubber. Its traits are: 1, a broad assortment of hardness. It even now has rubber elongation and resilience at substantial hardness. The polyurethane elastomeric has a hardness range of Shore A10-D80. 2. higher toughness. At rubber hardness, the tensile power, tear strength and load carrying potential are much increased than basic rubber material. At higher hardness, its impact power and flexural power are much greater than plastic material. 3, wear-resistant. Its put on resistance is really excellent, normally in the range of .01-.10cm3/1.61km, about 3-5 moments than rubber substance. 4, oil resistant. The polyurethane elastomeric is a very polar polymer compound which has minimal affinity with non-polar mineral oil and is rarely eroded in fuel oil and mechanical oil. 5, very good resistance to oxygen and ozone. 6, excellent vibration absorption performance, can do damping and buffering.
